Full day booking:
A full day booking means a total of 10 hours of booking for the limo/chauffeur services.
Additional hours can be added and will be subject to additional charges.

Driver/Chauffeur:
All limousine services come with a full-time driver.

Weekly Booking Policy

Please call our service center in case you wish to book a car for one day over the weekend. If you wish to book a car for more than one day over the weekend, prior notice for it is not required. Contact details of our service center:

Deposit and Refund Duration

Deposit amount is charged at the time of pick up/delivery of the vehicle, and depends on the car selected and the preference of the car rental company responsible for the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the deposit amount as it may vary. It may take 14 – 21 working days for the release of a blocked deposit subject to traffic violation.

All refunds are credited to the client’s bank account within 5 working days after the approval.

 

Toll Taxes & Cancellation Cahrges

Tolls

Don Rent A Car covers toll charges up to AED 20. Additional toll charges will be payable when we collect the car from you.

VAT & Other Taxes

All of our prices mentioned on the website are tax-inclusive.

Cancellation Policy

A flat 150 AED is charged as administrative cost in case a booking is made and then cancelled.

If you cancel the booking 48 hours prior to the delivery/pick up time, 50% of the payment will be charged.

If you cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the delivery/pick up time, 75% of the payment will be charged.

In case you choose to cancel a booking 12 hours prior to the delivery/pick up time, no amount will be refunded to you. The same goes for bookings made with a 24-hour notice or less; in addition to charging a full payment for one day.

Refunds take up to 5 working days to process once approved by the administration.
